How to book

  1. I conduct all bookings via email. This way we have a record of what we have agreed between us.
  2. Ring or preferably email me with your request using the details on the ‘Contact’ page. I will then be able to give you an instant confirmation  on your preferred date or, in the case of a live band, get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation.
  3. I will then send you a booking request form which will provide me with all the information I require to book your event. Fill this in and send it back
  4. Once I have all your details I may send you a request for a £50 holding deposit. Payments can be made online (BACS) or by cheque in the post. Details of these payment options will be  provided in my email.
  5. On receipt of any deposit I will then send you a confirmation email summarising all the details we have agreed thus far. This constitutes the contract between us.
  6. Once booked, feel free to contact me at any time with any concerns or queries
  7. I will send you a courtesy email in the week before your event just reminding you of my arrival time etc.
  8. Prepare for the big day…
